Contributing a Gift

It has been a challenging season as we continue to navigate through these trying times. Yet, this is the perfect opportunity for us at Alpha Singapore to continue God’s work, as people are looking for hope, purpose and meaning in life.

Share The Gift is a giving campaign that focuses on sharing the gift of time, friendship and stewardship to our friends in our local community as they explore and grow their relationship with Jesus. For $50 a month or $600 a year, your generous contribution to our Share The Gift campaign can expand our ministry efforts to reach more local churches, the youth, families, prisons and halfway houses to equip them with the Alpha resources within our Singaporean community.

Your donation will go a long way as we work together and create more opportunities for others to learn more about Jesus and offer help to those in need.

What will my gift go towards?

Creating New Content

A key part of our work includes creating resources for any church or individual who would like to share Jesus. This includes translating and contextualising our existing content for more people. Right now, the Alpha Film Series is being filmed and remade in Asia, in a language and culture that is familiar to us.

Training and Equipping Leaders

Equipping staff and volunteers to provide training for churches is central to the work of Alpha in Singapore. We are constantly developing our training programme to help churches run Alpha effectively. This includes supporting churches as they pivot online. We are always walking alongside local pastors, ministry leaders and volunteers – to train, encourage and pray for them.

Increasing Organisational Capacity

All of our work is supported by our financial, operational and communication teams. Increasing our capacity in these areas ensure the best stewardship of our people and resources. Good stewardship in these areas is important for us to remain effective in serving the Church digitally and in-person.
